Welcome to PromoFlix
PromoFlix.ai ("PromoFlix," "we," "our," or "us") provides AI-powered video creation, personalization, outreach, marketing automation, analytics, and related services. By accessing or using PromoFlix, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and all activity occurring under your account.
Ownership of content
You retain ownership of uploaded videos, images, logos, contact lists, scripts, marketing materials, and generated content. You grant PromoFlix a limited license to process, store, and use this content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
Customer name and logo
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, you grant PromoFlix a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to identify you as a PromoFlix customer by displaying your business name, logo, and trademarks in our customer lists, website, presentations, and other promotional materials. This permission does not imply an endorsement, does not transfer ownership, and may be withdrawn at any time by emailing support@promoflix.ai. After receiving your request, we will stop new uses and remove existing digital uses within a commercially reasonable period.
Acceptable use
You may not violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, mislead consumers, create fake endorsements, impersonate others, harass individuals, generate unlawful content, or distribute malware.
Artificial intelligence disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Human review is required before publication, and users remain responsible for all published content.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes. PromoFlix may modify pricing with advance notice.
Service availability
PromoFlix strives for reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromoFlix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages. PromoFlix’s maximum aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid during the preceding twelve months.
Termination
PromoFlix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
